  3. 3.3 Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stack Prism Mesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this website or engagement in its services.
  4. 3.4 Force majeure: Stack Prism Mesh shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, communications infrastructure failures, or regulatory changes.
